I love the diversity of my workouts-it's never the same thing. I also love that it challenges me to give it my all. I have become leaner and more toned over the last few months. I would 100% recommend this workout to all my friends!
Having the trainer right there with you makes sure you are always doing the right thing. The classes are well balanced so you always get a good workout. Everyone one there is very nice and helps you achieve your goal. Overall it is just a very good environment if you are looking for a good workout community.
I think that scheduling the workouts means that I workout more often. There is an incentive not no miss it even if I really don't feel like it an hour before it starts.
I think that all of the intervals and pushes get me to try harder. When i work out on my own, I typically complete some distance and check my time at the end, which probably isn't as productive.
I also like competing with the others in the workout. My best workouts occur when the next person over is a little bit faster than me. Its fun trying to keep up.
