I like the fact that the coaches are always involved in not only motivating you during the workout, but teaching you better techniques and ways to improve. Having a monitor to show you real time how you're doing, whether you're "pushing" hard enough or should push more is also great.
The Orange Theory Trainers are the BEST!! and I love the ever-changing workouts!! I'm 52 and have worked out my entire life but I have never found anything that kept me coming back like Orange Theory. The workouts are challenging (really hard :) and the trainers push and motivate me to do more. I've been a member for almost 4 years now and I still love it!!
The staff was very friendly. The instructor was very knowledgeable in fitness. I could tell in the few minutes we spoke and how he guided us the whole way through the exercise. The session was a challenge! But I love how they challenge everyone at their own individual level. It's a fun, comfortable and encouraging environment.
I really enjoy the OTF classes, with the coach's motivation and directions I burn more than 550 calories each class, also I can feel my body and my heart getting stronger. The team is amazing and helpful. I enjoy coach Cameron's classes the most :-).
