Jesse was a great coach. The Catch Me if You Can workout is a tough one to navigate but of the three studios I've taken it at, I think Jesse was the best at explaining it. The front desk associate who checked me in, Hannah, was so helpful and accommodating! I will return to owings Mills next time I'm in town!
Pros: Structured. Lots of encouragement and support from the coaches. Pushed to work hard but also have independence to decide how much to push myself. Clean space. Like how the weight routine changes and that the demos are in person and on the video monitors.
Cons: music is too loud and gives me a headache.
Pre planned, just show up and follow the coaches direction! Love having a coach to push you and being able to challenge yourself with heart rate/splat stats displayed on the board. Music rocks as well.
