Everything! The coaches truly care about the members, they provide options when needed, the music, the energy of the studio, sense of community, the positive culture the entire studio has created (coaches and the welcoming front desk team!)....I love OTF!
Incredible atmosphere thanks to the entire team from the "welcoming committee" to the coaches. The variety of workouts and location options make it so inviting and easy to attend classes, enjoy the workout and truly benefit from the time there.
Everything! The coaches are amazing, the workouts are always different so I never want to miss a day. I look forward to finding out what tomorrow's workout will bring! This location has a great sense of community with their coaches, the front desk staff, and I am surrounded by encouraging members. I love the music, the vibe, and the workouts are geared towards all fitness levels so you can go at your own pace. Love it!
I joined a month ago and have been loving the daily workouts. I just show up at the allotted time, spend one hour, and it’s a total-body workout including weights/ strength training and cardio.
First of all, I really like the fact that every step of the way you know what you’re doing and it’s well organized and the same format is for everybody in the class they give you the heads up what’s going to happen next I like the fact that you have a coach that’s tell you what to do also that you know how many calories you’re burning what your heart rate is I think that’s really important when you’re working out When you have goals to lose weight or gain muscle so far I’ve only been to two classes but I was able to get through both classes and I think it’s a really great program!
Results can be achieved if you are consistent with the workout. Orangetheory is my investment in current and long term health. Coaches are outstanding and motivational. Associates are welcoming and customer focused. The workout is an effective combination of power, strength , and endurance. It's also a great place to meet others with a similar focus on fitness.
I’m always so happy with how everyone helps me learn how to do the exercises correctly so I can get the most out of the workout!! I leave feeling strong and proud!
I have been going to Orange Theory for 2.5 years now. The exercise regime has continously helped me build strength and endurance. The instructors have helped me with my posture on the weight floor. I am more fit now in my 40s compared to when I was in my 30s!
