Intense workout, easy to follow and takes the pressure off if having to come up with your own exercises! Very motivating, earning splat points provides a competitive aspect, but the hour belongs to you... you get out what you put in! Doing your best is always the goal, not beating your old time or yiur neighbors.
I like the variety of exercises covered within a short period of time. The trainer was great and kept checking in on the newbies. The music playlist was really good too and helped to motivate me to push more. Studio was really clean too.
The intensity and the total body workout. The monitors give me a goal to reach for each workout. The coaches are all great, but Kyle's clear voice ,efficient use of words and clear directions make him the best.
The interval training is a great format and the instructor is helpful to us newbies. I like that everyone can go at their own pace. and I love the digital feedback both during the workout and the summary I received by email after. I'm so glad I tried this although my legs are so sore this day after...hopefully that will go away as I get in shape!
