I like how each workout is personalized, even though it's in a group setting. The exercises coincide with everything I'm looking for. My goal is to get toned and in peak physical condition. The workouts have been very great!
I think an area of improvement is providing a meal plan or suggestions on what to eat and what to avoid for specific physique goals.
Everything. My second workout was today. So far, my experience has been great, not only with the front desk staff but with the instructors as well (obviously).
It is a very positive and motivating environment and staff. It's something at this point, that I need.
I also love the atmosphere. Love the music and the fact that it's a bit darker: to me more relaxing on many counts.
