There have been so many changes at the studio with instructors and front desk staff over my year + joining. LOVE LOVE LOVE Anthony! Please give him all the money in the world to never leave. He is the best instructor (and I take Daniel, btw). Figure out a way to keep him and find others to fill the bench!
Loved the community feel, the trainer was amazing and helped me so much and the workout exceeded my expectations. Love that it pushed each person to their personal fitness goals and limits - anyone could do this workout and get amazing results.
I especially like that the subsequent session is brought in while the old one is stretching, moves things along. Having two doors into and out of the workout space is a major improvement over other locations I've been to.
Encouraging coaches, high energy, good music, good equipment. Class setting yet go at your own pace. Work outs are never boring, always challenging, ever changing! Highly efficient work out, packing in cardio, strength, conditioning, endurance all in 60 min. Look forward to every class and feel great every time.
It's exactly what I was looking for. It gets your heart pumping and makes you feel like you've had an excellent workout when it's done. Also, the staff is very friendly and attentive. I had a great overall first experience.
Doing floor exercises, treadmills, and water rowers on my own gets mundane and boring. The trainers at Orangetheory Fitness makes it fun and exciting. They mix the workouts everyday. It never feels like a grind. Sometimes it's focused on building endurance, other days, it's strength or power. One thing I like about the sessions is that anyone from any fitness levels can join and make great fantastic progress. It's not easy, but it's rewarding.
I'm fairly fit myself, so my goal isn't to lose weight. I want to get leaner and stronger. I start early in the morning. At the end of each session, I feel exhausted. Don't worry. Just give it a few hours and you'd be surprised at the amount of extra energy you'll have throughout the day, especially after a demanding workout. Another great thing about Orangetheory Fitness is that I can meet other people, share experiences, and make friends.
There are a few things about Orangetheory Fitness that I wish they would provide. When you join, they don't offer meal plans, nutritional guides, or any caloric tracker. It's not a deal breaker for me, but I can see it being an issue for some individuals.
Overall, I give 9/10.
