I like the tread, rowing, and floor exercises. It gives a full workout with cardio, strength, and toning. Its hard and I wouldn't do it by myself. I feel great when I'm done and don't feel guilty all day knowing that I got a really good workout.
I love the balance of cardio and weight training in 1 workout. I love the music and how it keeps me moving. I love how the workout is about me and me doing my best--not competing with others or a clock.
I like the consistency of the trainers, their expertise, their ability to motivate me, to push me. I have never been consistent with a gym and I am a regular at Orange Theory. I love that it is a class, I like that I am given direction on what to do next. This has been the best solution for me.
Palo Alto trainers are great!
