I like the energy in the room created by the teachers. I like that we're not stuck on one machine. I like the workout - it seems like we get a full body workout. I like the fact that OT wants us to set health / fitness goals for ourselves.

The staff and trainers are friendly and encouraging. The structure of the workouts has proven to work best for me as I'm always at a loss for what to do if I'm working out by myself. The other class members are also very encouraging.

I love that the workouts consistently push me every time. I love that they change everyday and I just need to show up and work. The trainers and staff are excellent, always so upbeat and positive. Orangetheory really got me out of my gym/fitness rut!
