Really liked the trainer. It was a fast-paced workout with lots of switches, but she was very clear and kept things on track, reminded people to wipe down equipment, etc. without missing a beat. Great workout, very well-rounded --haven't been in in a while and was wiped out by the end. Also liked that there was space between weight stations. I haven't been in this one before (typically go to Redwood City and Sunnyvale) and had much more room than in the other studios.

Great workout and laid back staff. I appreciate that I can come, do my workout and can go at my own pace. Trainers will give me pointers when they see that my technique is incorrect. The trainers are also accessible when I have questions. Thank you OTF for helping me get my run on!
