It's a tough workout that I would never be able to do on my own. I like that it is cross training and switches up throughout the workout. I actually push myself when I feel like quieting. The workout is different everyday.
My second day at orange theory of Palo Alto the trainers are good. I like it how Anthony and Craig push the clients to the fullest. I really like it the 50 minutes circuit. It remind me of my old booth camp training!
I am in the fitness business myself (pilates) and OTF is a great compliment to what I do everyday for myself and my clients. I have been a member since Aug 2015 and did 8 classes per month but have recently improved my running form, fearing less chance of injury, and have gone to an unlimited membership. I am close to 60 years old and feel like I am in my 30's again. I am very happy with the workout variety and the fact that all fitness levels are accommodated. Thank you for keeping me interested and wanting to keep coming all this time!!!
I LOVE the instructors. I live in Kentucky but the Palo alto location is minutes from my employer home office so when I'm there for work, I do drop in classes. I would've rated this a 10 however the last visit was a bit stressful. My colleague and I did two drop in classes on back to back days. On the second day the lady at the front desk said we had to rent the heart rate watches however the day prior we did not have to. There was all this back and forth and it completely took us out of our element. We spoke to the other lady working the front desk and told her we purchased drop ins and were finally given the watches. It was just a bit of a pain.
