Its coached, full body (most of the time), different every day and all done under an hour. While its TOUGH, its adaptable to most fitness levels .

I love the fact that it's always different, keeps in tuned in. I like the fact that all I have to do is come in and put in work, no brainwork or figuring out what to do or how many reps. I love the staff, shootout to Kraig for providing unprecedented motivation. Hands down the best OTF location I've visited thus far.

Best workout I've ever had! Even at 6AM the music is blasting, everyone's smiling, the energy is electric and my endorphins FLY at an all out pace. I'm addicted to OTF. A fabulous group of instructors and a great mix of clientele. It's a group workout where everyone goes at their own pace and each time I finish I've got a grin on my face.

Love the workout! I think it’s important to strength train and do cardio for an all over workout and bc each day has different approaches it keeps me going!! I like that you’ve scheduled classes to fit more in in a day too!

HIIT is great only recommendation is the trainer to repeat the instructions because sometimes you focus on the excercise and might miss the instructions. It is nice to get feedback from the trainer during the weight training if the body form is wrong which they usually do.
