Scheduled in advance which gives me accountability. 60 minutes of HIIT that I can work at what pace works for me. Coaches and other athletes push you to be your best. Fun music! Clean! Kind!
OTP takes the stress of workout planning away. I would NEVER exercise as hard, build as much muscle, or burn as many calories on my own. The structure holds me accountable, coaches are supportive, and the energy in each class is undeniable. I really did not expect to enjoy it as much as I do! It's fun (most of the time) lol
How direct it is with the coaching. It is helping hold me accountable and is targeting the areas I need strength in. I feel like I have joined a "team" of people who put their physical health at the top of the to do list. That is what I have needed.
