I LOVE the orange theory workout. It is a place I can come and feel comfortable. The staff and coaches are always welcoming. It is a workout for everyone. The tread, rower and weights work out different parts of the body with strength, endurance and power. There is always some mental workouts in there as well. I love that I don't have to come up with a plan. The coaches tell me what to do. They give prompts so we know what is next. They help with modifications if needed and help with form if there are questions. I can check out from my stressful day for an hour to better my health. I love the encouraging community that is supportive. We tell each other good job and give high fives. It isn't competitive and it is place that I don't feel self-conscious. No one cares what I am doing because we are all just getting through our own workout and focusing on ourselves. The music and coaches make it fun and the hour flies by. I love the summary at the end that tracks my mileage, heart rate and splat points. It is just an awesome place!!
First...The coaches!! I appreciate the coaches helping with form and challenge me to lift heavier. There are a few coaches that tell us why we need to do a lift a specific way, besides preventing injury.
So its like educating us, it's the "why" we do it this way instead of that way.
The Strength 50 classes are awesome!! I have enjoyed these classes so much! I take more Strength 50 classes then I do the regular classes.
I also like the Tread 50 classes on days I'm unable to get my 10,000 steps completed each day....that's if there's openings.
Thank you!!

I absolutely LOVE the OTF workout. I have been a member for several years and it is an awesome program. The workouts focus on endurance, strength and power. The workouts vary from day to day, so it is almost always something different. I love that it accommodates all fitness abilities. On the tread there are walkers, joggers and runners. The tread can be at flat road, incline or higher intensity. As a runner, I never thought I would like a workout in a group setting running on the treadmill, but I love it. I work harder at OTF than I would on my own. The group setting with music and the coaches encouraging words allow me to mentally push myself. Our facility has an awesome community. The coaches and staff are so great about welcoming new members and recognizing class milestones. We celebrate each other whether is is a high five getting through a tough workout or a celebration board recognizing members accomplishments. The coaches are awesome. They check in and see how everyone is doing. I like that they give alternatives on the weight floor if a movement is uncomfortable. They also check form and politely correct if they are worried about an injury. The rower is a great full-body workout. There is also a bike or strider if a member can't do the tread or rower. I've never felt like I am competing against anyone except myself. There are benchmark workouts that track progress over time. I also like the different challenges throughout the year: transformation challenge, marathon month, etc. Our studio is also great about supporting the community by supporting Foster Love or the American Heart Association. OTF is the best! The coaches, staff, members and owner make it an encouraging and fun place to workout.
I like that OTF has a plan for me before I show up. They create goals and events to keep me interested in constantly improving my physical health. Also, no judgement when I want to take a step back.
