I like how the workouts are always different and the trainers help motivate you through the class. I appreciate the feedback I receive during class regarding my form and modifications I need to make to prevent injury.
It's the constant motivating and letting me know that I make to my goal the bigger picture of staying fit or getting fit. Also I love that you still have the one on one training feeling even though you are in a group setting. I definitely see myself hitting my goals!! Thanks
