I love the instructors, the music and the variety! It's a full body work out in and hour and I have seen visible changes in my body! I am also physically stronger and as a woman who is 50 being strong and having muscle tone will help me live my best life as I age!
I love the group fitness aspect. The coaches are knowledgeable, good at motivating the class, and explaining the exercises/routine. The workouts are great, I get cardio and also weights in my workout.
Workouts change daily. Fitness instructors keep you motivated and put you in correct form. I also like the use of all different fitness equipment. I guess I also like being told what to do at a workout.
Every workout is different and completed in a hour. Consistent, personable, and knowledgeable trainers who teach the classes. Shout out to my regular coaches Chris and Kim! Thanks for all you do!
