I love the mixture of cardio and weights. The high intensity, high energy workout keeps me motivated through the hour that just flies by. The instructors are extremely helpful and always offer personalized modifications.
I like that it's difficult, but the coaches really help you through. The fact that it's a full-body workout already planned for me, but different every day, gives me the confidence and motivation that each workout is what I need to do. And I really like the community atmosphere -- the charity events, the team competitions, etc. And the staff is great.
