OTF work outs get me working at my greatest effort with every single workout and I leave feeling awesome. It's addicting! The coaches are awesome and look for ways to modify exercises to build my strength, power, and endurance.
Love getting my hour to myself! I always feel that I've worked hard and that I am getting the maximum benefit from each class! Love taking Gina's classes!! ESP days are my favorite getting a little bit of each 😊
I like that each workout is made for all levels of fitness. You can be in really great shape and still find the workout challenging or you can not be in good shape and not feel embarrassed.

• I like that I wa able to do these workouts while pregnant and not have to worry. I could tell from the heart rate monitor if I could push myself more.
• I’m loosing weight faster than any other class I’ve tried. I use to like CrossFit but I feel like it’s too much up keep and you gain too much muscle so when you stop it turns to fat so fast. With Orangetheory I feel like you gain muscle but also loose weight.
I like the different types of exercises utilizing the treadmill, rowing machine and weights. There are always different sessions and love the music. I also am glad that I'm able to watch my heart rate and workout within my capacity.
