I like that it always feels like a different workout, you never know what you are going to do that day. I like when the workout includes moving between stations more often. I love the tornado workouts.

Different, challenging workout every time with modifications if needed. Coaches are wonderful and make sure form is correct and if weight needs to be increased they suggest it.

The trainers are very inspiring! They get me to challenge myself and go further in my workouts than I would ever do on my own. I love the variety of workouts, and the trainers’ individual music. The energy in class is awesome! Plus, the check in desk is so welcoming & professional. I just love coming into Orange Theory. What a great staff we have here in Parker. 😀

As a heart patient, I have to get my heart rate into my target zone 3-4 times per week. Because it's instructor led, the workout pushes me longer and harder than I would push myself and yet allows me not to over do it because I can monitor my heart rate at any time by looking at the screen. I like the accountability of the appointment and the fact that I have to get both cardio and strength training done each visit.

It kicks you butt in a good way and the instructor makes sure you feel confident that you are doing the workouts correctly. It’s a great hour work out that went by fast and I love the upbeat atmosphere.

I love that OTF is an instructor led group workout, where you really can work at your own fitness level, but that it pushes and motivates you to try harder, run faster and burn more every time. I've never done such an intense cardio workout in a group class setting and love that you get all aspects of a full workout in every one hour session. This workout is transforming my body and running stamina, allowing me to go farther in class and out of class.
