I have worked out for years with different programs from the typical big box gym to Crossfit. I like the intensity of OT and the fact that it's healthier for the joints and in particular, the shoulders.
I like the variety of the workouts and the trainers. What I don't like is the change in times for the morning classes. 6:15 was perfect. 5:45 is too early and 6:46 is too late. As a result I will probably cancel my membership. [NAME REMOVED]
The workouts are high energy and always different and challenging! Even when you're not "feeling it" the coaches are great at motivating you and making it fun! You definitely feel like you are a part of a family, everyone in it to achieve a great workout and personal goals.
I love the growth mindset that Coach Mike and Coach Wanda promote during the classes. I love how it feels like personal training!! All the coaches give feedback on proper form and technique. I love how the ladies at the front desk know the members by name--they are always so friendly and positive.
I love everything about Orange Theory! I love to work out but don't like to think about what workout I need to do for the day - the coaches have that handled! They are also fantastic motivators and push me to finish strong.
I absolutely am in love with Orange Theory. I just started a week ago today and I've been 5 times. It's fun, challenging and the instructor Mike is the best!! I am going tomorrow morning and can't wait!
Absolutely love never repeating a work out! I have attended faithfully for over a year so I am impressed by no repeats. I am a rowing coach so really appreciate not having to think about my work out or running a practice. I get to show up and get in a great work out each time.
