I felt like I was at home! I love working out to an awesome playlist with a killer workout and that's definitely what Orangetheory delivered. I honestly was feeling a little under the weather that day, but after that workout I felt alot better. Coach Felicia knew I could lift heavier and pushed me to do so, which in the end paid off. I love how in the hour of workout you get the best of both worlds by incorporating strength and cardio! Plus, someone like me with a previous knee injury who can't jog or run like others chose to spin on a cycle bike instead. As a spin instructor myself, I had absolutely had no problem with that! I lost 529 calories during the whole session... and that's that I wasn't feeling that well! I can only hope to double that number when I'm feeling 100%! In general, people sometimes need that push or that prepped class to help them achieve their longtime goals. Orangetheory definitely is a place to be positive, let out stress, and burn some serious calories. I would highly recommend this to anyone!
It is always a challenge but anyone can do it because things that you can’t do yet can always be modified. The coaches are so encouraging. Don’t worry if you are not in very good shape. No one will yell at you army style. You will be surprising yourself every day as you break down barriers and set new goals.
