Love it! The staff and coaches are great--they keep me motivated and correct my form when it needs adjustment. The music is always perfect and the coaches will turn it up to get us through our all-outs. Staff members are super friendly, patient and so helpful. Thanks everyone!
I like it that the workouts are varied. It does not get boring that way. I also like the combination of cardio/rowing/weight room exercises. I do think the instructors should pay a little closer attention to the weight room to ensure that all participants are using the correct form. The music could also be a little less blaring! Thanks!
I like the small trainer led classes. Seems like the perfect mix of exercises in one hour. I enjoy setting my own pace. Always more energized when I leave, than when I arrived! The app makes it easy to book classes and keep up with my class results.
Tony is a great trainer, pays attention to the individual needs of the participants in the group setting, great motivator, music is good, equipment is great and really like the concept of the science behind the workouts. Staff is very helpful.
I love that you are training correct technique. The last thing I need is to hurt myself. The level of individualized attention is just right, not too much not too little. The interval concept is excellent and I love the resistance training. Your program is scientific and precisely what we all need for wellness. I also love the monitor feedback both heart rate and weight training technique on a loop.
The workout was great, I work better when there is accountability, and this program definitely has that. I enjoy that I can workout when it is convenient and compare results with friends who workout at a different location.
I love that every workout is different! The coaches are great at motivating us and keeping it fun. They are all so knowledgeable and know when to challenge us and at the same time - keep us from getting hurt. The music is always upbeat and energizing. Most of all - I love the way I feel after I am done. I know I have done something great for my body and health - and I don't feel as bad eating summer treats with my kids!
