I like the workouts because they are consistently challenging and different each day. They also have a competitive aspect that pushes me to push myself. The workouts are a great blend of cardio and strength.
I love the Orange Theory workout because I can keep track of my progress throughout the session so I know when to push harder to reach my goal. I love that it's a different workout each day and the instructors are knowledgeable and so motivating! I would never push myself as hard in the gym on my own.
