The "team" atmoshphere, how involved the instructors were with the group, the importance of stretching after the workouts, the machinery was always in great shapr and never broken, the clarity of explaining each and every workout for the beginner's or those who haven't been to the gym in awhile.
I love the motivation the trainers provide, combined with the music, friends I've made and overall environment--the staff is wonderful!! The heart rate tracking is also very motivating. OTF has helped me reach my fitness goals, and then some! I started OTF with the intention to "blast some fat" for a few months--I have been a member for over 4 years. Love it!!

I like looking at the screen to verify I am working in the orange and red zone. When I am in green, I know I need to kick it up so I can burn for another 24-36 hours after my workout! The workout can be as challenging as you make it.
