I enjoy my OTF workouts because....
- My routine is different every day
- The Coaches are nice and they push you to challenge myself
- It's only an hour of my day
- I schedule my classes on my app and monitor my workouts
I like the fast pace and full detailed instructions as to what I need to do next. Each workout is different and if you can't do a workout your instructor will show you alternates! I've worked out in the past, but this is like having a trainer every time! There are no judgements as you what you can and can't do.
