At Orange Theory I get one hour of intense training. Every day is different and I burn close to 600 calories in one hour or even more. The coaches always keep me motivated and their classes are challenging and well structured. The hour is divided in different areas that include different equipment like: the treadmill, the rower, TRX, dumbells, bench,Bosu ball and medicine balls. There is time for cardio and strength training. Body weight exercises are also incorporated in the class. If you need motivation and professional guidance you should try it. I have been a member for almost five years and Orange Theory has helped me to loose weight and develop strength. This is a good healthy lifestyle that you can enjoy.
I cannot say enough about the instructors. I especially love Clara. She is a stickler for form and loves to be involved with the class. All instructors at Pembroke Pines location are great but Clara is unique. This studio is very fortunate to have her!
I know that an hour at OTF is a full workout. Every day is different and the trainers always push you. This means that there is always a variety to your workout that you don't have to overthink about while knowing that you're always being pushed to try your hardest.
