I love the fact that it is one hour nonstop. Everybody is focused on their own routine ( Not a show off gym).
You are your biggest competitor. I love the coaches you can see their passion for the program. I never thought I would love to workout but since I started I really enjoy waking up every morning, feel the energy that OTF gives me and see how my body improves with every session.
Every workout is different - no two days are the same. The coaches give individual attention where necessary and encourage me to work to my potential. They give just enough push to help me break past the mental barrier. The people working out at Orange Theory also encourage me to keep at it. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere.
I like the fact that you have trainer and I love that all the workouts are different each time, and they focus on your whole body . The trainers are great and friendly. It's a different gym, you go to OTF and it's to workout, not take selfies or chit chat, it's to get past that Orange push. My husband and I love it. And would recommend it to anyone.
one of the best things I like about Orange Theory is the fact that you can set goals for yourself no matter what fitness level your are in. I just turned 65 and I modify some of the exercises to fit my fitness level and continue to strive to do my best to stay healthy and active as I age. I love the sense of community and support from the staff and fellow OTF members. A great way to stay healthy and active and have a great time!
