All you have to do is show up and do the work. It’s not your typical gym membership where you show up, do a little on the treadmill and then maybe do a few sets on other machines, not seeing any results. At Orange Theory you show up and the workout is planned for you and very doable at any level with definite results. It keeps track of all of your success and monitors each workout. I’ve never liked the typical gym atmosphere, I’ve always felt uncomfortable or unsure of exactly how to reach my health goals. The atmosphere at OT is super comfortable. It’s darker, with music playing and everyone doing the same workout. Just sign up, show up and do the planned workouts. You’re in and out in just under 1 hour per class.
It's interactive, pushes your boundaries without making you feel like you're pushing too hard, the coaches provide individual feedback while also encouraging the group, and the facility is always clean and professional looking. I love this facility and look forward to going every day!
The coaches, variety and challenge of each workout. The specialty workouts, bench marks, and challenge workouts all rock.
I love the feel os group suffering and victories. The friendships and chatting before and after a session are another reward.
The workouts are challenging and pushes your personal limits.
The coach, in my case Kelly, explains the routine and floor exercises.
Due to some of my physical limitations, she provides alternative ways to still get a good workout.
The workouts are heart-rate based, which ensure optimal results and your personal results are sent to you and available on the site for a detailed explanation.
Feedback is important to any workout plan and OTF system does it best.
The coaches are upbeat and helpful. The workouts are challenging and fun. I like the app and being able to integrate the activity to other apps I use like MyFitnessPal and Apple health. Also, there are plenty of work out times available so it fits my schedule.
I really appreciated Todd and Heather. They were both very professional and also want the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Since I had a stroke about two years ago I have issues with strength and balance . I enjoyed a good workout, especially because I was made to feel comfortable. I looked forward to my next workout and believe this is going to be very beneficial for my health. If I had not been welcomed so sincerely I may not have felt comfortable in pursuing exercise at all. Great studio!
We love the OT workout, and Todd’s energy and music are motivating! Heather, at the desk is always friendly and welcoming!

Heather at the front desk was extremely friendly. It was my first time attending this OTF as I visit a friend and i couldn’t be happier. The coach was also great. The studio is cleaned and restrooms. I would encourage seat covers and the studios in California also provide hair ties, wipes, etc. a nice touch.
Thank you.

The variety each workout. The excitement of the coaches and the camaraderie of those who share in the challenge. Seeing the progression of splat points also enables me to work harder.
My favorite is the rowing.
I love coming to class and getting a great workout without having to program it myself. And I'm motivated by the coaches, especially Todd, because he knows what my goals are. And the front desk folks are always friendly!
