Love the structure so that you’re ensured to fully maximize that full 1 hour workout (as long as you put in the effort)! And love that your focus is on having YOUR best workout! Not on what the people around you are doing.
I’m an adrenaline junkie. I love challenging myself and that there’s a coach there making sure I’m doing things right and cheering me on. I love the variety and the sense of accomplishment when I’m done. And the results have been amazing so far. I’m losing weight, I feel great, I have more energy and I feel very strong now.
The variation and the overall atmosphere are enough to both keep me interested and motivated. Despite being one of the slower, less able bodies there, I never feel judged or self-conscious. Most people seem to stay focused on their own work and I do my work at my pace. I use the coach's cues to push harder when I can. The splat points and heart rate monitor are great tools to help me find that Goldilocks zone between not getting much from a workout and passing out.
