There are lot of things. Clean air, cleaning practices and coaches' reminder about cleaning. The work out structure etc
But My personal favorites are coaches' investment in everyone's development, asking them to have correct form including their energy and motivation. This is when they have continuous classes. Like to call out coach Rebecca's investment to make each class better than before.
#5- front desk staff - always happy to see you
#4- convenient class times- 7 days a week!
#3- variety of classes - 2g, 3g, strength, tread, 90 min
#2- the coaches! Amy, Erin, Shelby, and Tyler- amazing!
#1- I go, they tell me what to do, I do it, I sweat
(a lot!), I get stronger!
I love the community that orange theory provides. It’s definitely something I look forward to in my days and I don’t think I ever actually enjoyed working out before. I love not having to think about the workouts and just move for the time I’m there. All of the staff at pflugerville is also amazing.
The instructor/coach was very congenial, helpful, and encouraging to all. She helped me feel comfortable being only my 2nd time there.
Clean environment, friendly staff too
I love all the coaches there. Every coach is very enthusiastic and upbeat to motivate and get me going to finish every time. When you were done with all you had, that feeling of accomplishment is a great motivation for me to come back. I don't run on the treadmill due to my physical restriction but I station-bike in the class for the running portion. Each time when I finished the class, I feel that runner's high which makes me to come back and repeat.
Great workout. Classes are very efficient and effective. When I went from going 3 days a week to 5 days a week, the results were so much faster. The gym and equipment are well maintained and the staff are always super friendly and helpful!
It actually works,
I am one that hated to work out and run because I could not do it but with the coaches help and guidance I was able to approve within a yr and felt at my very best!
I went from running a mile at 14 min to 9:45 min.
It felt amazing!
