CJ was an awesome trainer. I don't usually frequent this location but the atmosphere and how friendly the front desk is makes me want to switch my home location. I love how spacious this location is. Driving by you would never know that its that big. I love how clean they keep this location as well
Everything! I used to crossfit and I liked it but love OT and feel I've gained more doing OT. I feel like it's a healthier workout and there's good balance in weights and cardio and also getting the body you want physically but also physiologically.
Whole body workout in an hour and each class is different.
Sad that Marshall is no longer teaching at 5:30 pm on Wednesdays!
One suggestion about the Central location is to fix the lockers so you can actually lock up your belongings. Moon Valley has the same lockers and I believe your lock is upside down since theirs are functional.
They are very intense. I like that it doesn't focus on just running, rowing or circuit.
I like that on the rower you just don't row for distance. There is mix of other exercises. The other aspect. You can find a class throughout the da.
It was my first workout in a very long time and I was anxious. Dana was amazing and kept an eye on my the whole class. She was so motivating that it made me want to push harder. I will be back taking her class whenever I can!
It is never boring! Coaches are encouraging and check our form regularly. I've been goig to OTF for almost 10 months and it was been a good weight loss strategy fir the first 6 minths and now, a good weight maintenance strategy.
