I really enjoy the way Chris and Hasnat lead their classes. They're encouraging without being over the top! The workout today was great because we rotated between the weight room and the treadmill more frequently. I'm not crazy about the workouts where you spend half the class doing a 25 minute block on one and another 25 minute block on the other!

The coaches encouragement really helps. Letting new people know about how to transition from treadmill to row machine would help. I still am confused if I sign out on each one or just stop and move over.
