OT becomes a way of life. I absolutely love it. The program, the coaches and the way it makes you feel and look. It’s an adventure every day and worth every base, push and all out!
I love that I don't have to think about what to do and that the coaches explain it so clearly. We are a community/family. As my husband tells me I am an "orange theroist"
Orange Theory workouts are great. They are always changing. They work on cardio and strength. Overall fitness improvement is the goal and OT is the way.
The coaches are great! And the others in the class are great too , it feels like a community.
Variety on daily workouts is terrific as are the instructors. The coaches/instructors truly challenge you to push yourself more than you would otherwise. The orange theory community is also welcoming like no other gym or workout studio I have been associated with
The accountability- having to pay to cancel a class keeps me honest - the comraderie of group exercise- being coached- and the variety of different types of classes on different days
3 years after joining OTF, and after 3 kids, I am in better shape and have better endurance than I ever have in my life. I not only look, but more importantly FEEL better. Love OTF!
The coaches and the energy makes OTF a challenging and fun workout. And so great to go to a gym that coaches you through your workout rather than trying to design a workout on your own.
I love the coaches and their guidance. The workouts are challenging, but you are giving alternatives. The classes are always different and they have different benchmarks so you can always try to meet or beat what you've done before.
I worked out at Orange Theory for about 2-3 months and I enjoyed the spontaneity in the workouts. I like how the coaches are always willing to help you achieve your goal no matter what your physical circumstances are. Very encouraging and they ensure safety.
