Joined 4 years ago and I love it. The challenge of the workouts keep me going.
The trainers are great and motivate me to do better.
I won't change it for anything. Is the best investment for my physical and mental health.
I like the intensity of the workout because I don't have time to work out more than a couple times a week. I also like that I can see how hard I'm pushing myself through my heart rate. The trainers and staff have been wonderful as well!
I love that it's always different and I don't even have to think about my workout. Just show up and do it. The coaches are so motivating and they know just what to say to push you through the hard parts.
I like that it involves a variety of different exercises and how it is structured into 6 rounds of 3 different types of workouts. Very organized, great instructor and facility, and great workout! It pushed me harder than I've pushed myself in a while and I loved it. Thank you!
