I love that no matter what my age or fitness level, I get a full-body workout in 1 hour. I've been a member for a year and a half, 4 classes a week and we've never had the same workout twice! There are hundreds of exercises that can be combined in thousands of ways!
This is the best workout I've ever done. It's amazing that 60 minutes a few days a week can get you into great shape. I also enjoy working out with a group, and the coaches are all great at instruction and motivation.
I like the variety..no two classes are exactly alike. I like that the coaches show the proper form to get the most benefit from the exercises particularly in the weight room. Playlists are also motivating!
