Motivating coaches helping you push for more when you think you can’t. Working out seeing other people with you also helps getting to the set goals together. I like how especially some of the coaches keep an eye on you so if you make a mistake they’re there to correct you so you don’t hurt yourself. Overall, I feel great after my class!! Thanks to the team at Pleasanton OTF!! Shout out to coach Sarah, Gabrielle & Maria!!
As a person who is new to fitness clubs and classes, I have been really pleased and impressed to find the front desk staff and the instructors to be very inviting and approachable. I appreciate the coaches’ attention on form and that they take the time during the workout routines to give individual correction and encouragement. Furthermore, as important as it is in having caring, motivating, knowledgeable, and experienced coaches, the front desk staff is also crucial in providing the quality of member support service expected in an establishment like Orangetheory. And the Pleasanton studio succeeds in providing all of the above. Well done, Ptown Team!
I love all of the instructors at OTF Pleasanton! They are all so inspiring, motivational, and have great playlists to keep the hour long workouts exciting! Thank you for all that you do!
Staff is friendly, workouts are challenging but can be adapted depending on your fitness state, injuries, etc. I normally attend Sarah's workouts - she is both inspiring and supportive. The other instructors are very good too.
I love the variety of exercises and blocks, but that it's also consistent and straightforward so you know what to expect in general. I've found OTF to be one of the least intimidating and most flexible classes/workouts I've ever experienced, even while maintaining great structure. As someone who was never able to stick with a gym membership, OTF classes have given me great exposure to things I never would do at the gym before - weights, treadmill (I literally have never run until now!), and rower, which is not my favorite but I appreciate that the OTF workouts incorporate it to make me do it!! The coaches are motivating but don't put pressure or spotlights on, and the variety of people participating make the atmosphere more comfortable - all levels are represented so no one feels "less than" for being where they are in their fitness journey.
