I like it because it's a versatile high intensity workout, and we never know what comes next during the workout. Also, I feel like it's for individuals that can pace themselves out without feeling the pressure of others. The 60 minutes pass so quickly.
I love that it keeps me accountable to working hard and to doing exercises that I wouldn't normally do if I was working out by myself. I like also that there are different challenges and initiatives, and that the trainers are so helpful in setting fitness, diet, and exercise goals. Really makes you feel like you're getting an all-inclusive gym membership.
