My favorite part of an OTF workout is the trainer is in charge. I don't have to decide what I'm going to do next, only how hard am I going to work out. I also love the group training atmosphere and the trainers are all amazing!
I like that the workouts are diverse, wirh a full body workout. I know that even if I'm tired and having a off day I will leave feeling better and motivated to come back. I feel like the trainers are fit and knowledgable and try to help each and every one of us achieve our personal goals, motivating me to get results and come back. I love the friendly atmosphere of the front desk staff and the trainers.
