I love that it's a structured, well-rounded workout which needs zero planning on your part but is guaranteed to give you a good cardiovascular and strength boost. The coaches are always very nice and generally excellent.
Orangetheory is great for keeping you accountable for working out. The workouts are different every day so you're always working different parts of your body and different skills. There are options within the class for all ability levels, like biking or walking on the treadmills instead of running, every level of weight for floor exercises, etc.
OTF Portland has some of the kindest and most talented instructors I’ve ever had from any fitness class/studio. It’s created a really welcoming, inclusive, and engaging space!
I like everything ano it, the amazing coaching staff, support staff, variety of workouts, studio/equipment. The coaches are all very professional, supportive and encouraging!
You guys are amazing. The workout makes me feel strong and I’m always so proud after completing one! I thought it would be intimidating but it’s actually a super supportive environment. I look forward to it every week. Thank you!!!
