I love the coaches and the people. You are really just competing against yourself but the group setting is so supportive and the coaches are amazing. I love how the workouts are different but there are also ones that you have done before so you can track your progress.
I can't say enough about the coaches... motivating, helpful, supportive and celebrate your wins as if they are their own!
The coaches are organized, highly skilled and upbeat. The classes end on time and the facilities are clean and modern. Sopo OTF is a great location, the best OTF that I've been to.
Love the coached workouts! Every day is different which keeps it fresh and exciting. All I have to do is show up and I know I’ll get a good workout in!
It is a class but it isn't like a class. That is good. I used to be a marathon runner but had to give it up seven years because of a bad hip that has since been replace. A full hour on non stop work at Orange Theory is the closest I have come to recreating a 7-8 mile run and I love having that great feeling I got from long runs + plus it isn't hurting hip.
I love the coach driven HIIT model. OTF has a friendly vibe with coaches that motivate you to reach your fitness goal. Overall, there is a positive atmosphere. If you work hard, you will definitely see the result.
I love the coaches bc they motivate me to push on. They acknowledge me which I appreciate and that motivates me. I like the welcome hellos and goodbyes . It’s clean . The people who attend the classes are personable and kind.
Most of all, I love the workouts. Since I like change, the workouts appeal to me. In addition, the music pumps me up! Thank you to all the coaches who encourage me to try my hardest. So you know, I haven’t been this consistent since I was in college!

Joining Orange Theory was the absolute best thing I’ve done for myself in the last 10 years. I love that it incorporates cardio and strength in an hour class and that regardless of your fitness level you can complete the workout and adjust it to where you are. The coaches are motivating and help you stay on course for your fitness goals and each workout is different so you never get bored. There is a true sense of community support that you don’t get at other gyms, and the class booking system helps to keep me accountable. Lastly, the optional challenges add an element of fun while pushing you to reach your fitness goals and maximum potential.
I love the community! I have made some amazing friends through OTF, which is not something you expect when you are just trying to get your workout in!
