I think it is a great way for people at all levels to improve fitness and lose weight. As a runner, it might be interesting if periodically you had longer classes with longer time devoted to the running.
I like every single thing about it. From the time you walk into the studio to when you satisfingly crawl out of the studio, every second has been an experience.
The front staff is great, the members are great, the trainers are exceptional and the work out is one of a kind.
The trainers and workouts are wonderful. Change it up and keep you motivated. Recently I've been dealing with an injury and noticed how great it would be for there to be another bike in the studio. Trainers help me accomodate on the floor, but if too many people need the bike there isn't much they can do.
Love that it's a full body workout. I'm not a fan of running on a treadmill, but with a different theme everyday and constant intervals, it goes by quick! After four babies, it's been the only workout that has been able to get my body to better than it was before kids! I've yet to find that anywhere else.
