Love that the coaches push you. The workout is always different. You could go two days in a row and find the exercises changed.
I do wish there were more choice of weights. It would be nice to have a set of 8, 10, 12, 15's at every station. You have a lot of women that take these classes, and those are the weights we need. We loose time trying to locate our weights. Or we don't borrow weights and go down a level.
