I love that you can look up at the board and have "feedback" on your workout, so you can tell if your not really pushing yourself. I have just come back in after a long time off (respiratory infection) and thought to myself I am not at the same speeds as before, but I got 17 splat points. So I realized that my body (lungs) were not the same as before I got sick! It's also very easy to ask a coach for a modification to a work out!
I like that the work out is different every time and I'm never disappointed. I always feel awesome at the end of a work out and
wanting to come back for more. All of the coaches are great and really motivating!
