I like that I don't have to prepare anything (exercises, reps, timing, music, etc.) to have a great workout. It makes it much easier for me to enjoy working out when I don't have to come up with all those things on my own. The coaches make the difference too. Having someone to correct form or provide encouragement each workout goes a long way!
I thoroughly appreciate how Orangetheory workouts cater to individuals of all fitness levels. The program's unique intensity, which is determined by each individual's heart rate zones, ensures inclusivity and accessibility for everyone.
OT workouts are efficient with zero "fluff" - we literally hit the ground running as soon as class begins. I love that OT is a combination of cardio and strength training - the best of both worlds. For people like me that don't prioritize strength training, OT workouts allow me to get a full body workout. I've been doing OT for 9 years and I originally signed up in a physical trailer before the actual studio was ready for customers. I never thought I would STILL be doing these workouts (9 years later) but I've grown to love them more and more over the years. I truly believe there is no better workout in the marketplace like OT. The trainers are professional, kind, and very supportive. If I can do OT workouts 3 days a week, anyone can do them! Thank you so much!
Coach Carrie was amazing!! Wonderful visit to Preston Hollow! Studio was clean and front desk staff was attentive and helpful. Can't wait to go back to visit again!
