I love the alternating treadmill blocks with different focus depending on the day. I wish the weightlifting was more clear as to what will be worked each day and comprehensive so we can have more progressive overload & consistency in working all muscle groups in an organized way.

I like having a coach tell me what we are doing every workout. I like how the coaches help and inspire me to push myself to be the best I can be. They make sure I am lifting weights properly so I don’t get hurt. At my age that’s a concern to me. I really like the routine of Rowing, Weights and Treadmill. It gives me a great workout. I enjoy the feeling of having great friends to workout with. I am competitive so trying to beat my friends times along with beating my own times really spurs me on. I like signing up and being accountable for showing up. I like that I can go to other studios when I travel.

Love having a coach! The coaches help me do things right and motivate me to keep trying new things. I don’t have to think about or plan what my workout is going be each day. It’s a great balanced workout with cardio and weights.

I like your workouts because it gives me a variety of different levels and increases my muscle tone. For the first time in my life I finally have muscles thanks to my Orange family. Each class gives me the motivation to increase my work load not only at home but also in the laundry at the Provo Temple. Dealing with baptistery laundry is heavy stuff and I am proud of my Orange muscles to help me get through each and very load. Orange has helped me keep my momentum going and increasing not only my daily life but also keeping up on every level or challenge that is given me. This month marks Down Syndrome Awareness month. I am however, the first woman with Down Syndrome who has joined this wonderful organization and would proudly urge all those with DS to please join Orange to find themselves in a community who loves them and accepts them for who they are and building confidence within themselves and to learn to love life and to enjoy getting fit. I enjoy it because of the atmosphere and loving classmates who cheer me on.

I like that a trainer leads the class so you feel more accountable to you workout! They also challenge me so I feel good after I leave.

I like that I show up for a class that is led by an instructor and designed by a team of experts. I like that they are hard and push me to be better and more fit. I like that I can exercise with my friends, who might be at different places on their fitness path, and we all get the workout we need. I like being held accountable for the classes I sign up for. I like the community at OT Orem. I like the hours of the morning classes and think it is important to offer the earliest class for people who work all day and only have that early morning hour to exercise. I’ve been at OT Orem since it opened and love the kind of workouts I get there.
