The trainers motivate me to do my best at my fitness level. I am now doing things I haven't done in many years. They know me by name. I don't feel intimidated because I'm working on my individual goals. I get constant feedback and corrections when needed. In other words I'm not just shown the work out and then left alone. If I'm doing it right I'm told or if I need to be adjusted they show me the proper way. I may not be the fittest, strongest person working out there but I feel good about my progress as well as it's just a fun place to be.
I LOVE OT! I'm feel like I'm getting a personal trainer in a group setting which makes me push myself and enjoy the workout more. Each time is different and I love competing against myself seeing my heart rate and knowing that I need to push myself harder. I love the trainers. Fun music, everyone is so very kind. It's clean and all the equipment is always working! I love booking because it makes me go and not back out! I love the times OT has and that I can go anytime during the day and get a good workout!
I love the workouts where no two workouts are the same and you get a variety and always a good burn of calories! I love that you are accountable to yourself and if you book a session that you lose money if you don't show up!
