Love the 3 G because I feel like I get my heart rate up by pushing my myself for shorter intervals. Love how each work out is different and focuses on various types of strength, power etc. Megan is by far my favorite instructor because she constantly and consistently pushes you to do better, which motivates me! Love this place overall and extremely satisfied.
All the coaches are great and their encouragement makes you want to go harder, longer. I like the variety of the workouts. Coming makes me do cardio which I am not so good at on my own. People are supportive and the staff is trying to build that sense of community. Keep it up!
