The trainor irvin! He is the only reason i bought a twenty pack in cash! I HATE doing cardio.. like seriously hate it! I worked out with weights my whole life and been around trainors just as long and when i tell you irvin is the best trainor i have come across its legit! He got me to move that day and thats mind blowing because im very anti cardio like i have said.. i burned 850 calories in that class and after he told me tips for a better workout and even nutrition tips! Like who does that ? He took time out of his day after class to talk to me and give me some pointers.. idk all im saying is that he is the sole reason i bought classes and best motivator and trainor i have come across and that is only on day one!
I like that we've started adding core blasts into the floor half of the workout. Already loved the combo of cardio and weights. And the extra boost of motivation from the instructors are really pushing me!

They change the workout every day, keeping you from getting stuck in a rut while working your whole body. The workouts are intense and challenging but so good for you. I have never felt better physically as I do now after 3 months of OTF !!
I like the changing work-outs (power vs strength vs endurance, 3G, etc) and the ability to view your heart rate, which makes you work harder to get your heart rate into the orange zone. The instructors are crucial here, to bring out your inner competitve nature !
