I like that our workouts are always changing. I have never gone into a workout thinking, "I've already done this one before". I also love when they are themed. For example, a Tornado Tuesday or a partner workout. Having a themed workout shakes it up even more, and pushes me to work harder. I love OTF!
I've done all the different gyms. I work out in my home gym. I pedal spin. I run. I compete in distance running. Hands down, the most rewarding workout is at OTF. The motivation is unreal. When I compete on runs I average 20% better on time because of the competition. OTF is the same... the synergy is amazing!!
