The thing I love about Orangetheory's workout is the feeling I get after each workout, the feeling of giving all my effort and energy.
Personally I am a fan of Orangetheory RSM, the facilities are clean and coaches are really helpful.
What I don't like is that getting to orange zone is really hard for me. I run as fast as I can, I am huffing and puffing but still no orange!
That's what I hate about this workout, that's why I am not happy before each workout, I am not a lazy person and I have always loved my gym sessions but with this one I am just reluctant to do each session.
You can go at your own pace and it combines cardio with strength straining. It is also great because one can push themselves for brief spurts rather than trying to maintain that intensity for long periods of time. It makes it more doable to work out harder.
Clean place, trainer was good - she spoke clearly, showed good technique and helped us to improve ours. Also she gave some good tips (on rowing, keeping shoulders relaxed etc.). Front staff very kind and helpful too
I lack self motivation. So the coaches have just the right blend of instruction and encouragement without being too aggressive or competitive. I like changing stations and the upbeat music keeps me going.
