I like that you get a full body workout that includes cardio, weight training and building a strong core. I like the variety of exercises that I've done in each class and the options given for each exercise.
Upon entering, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The trainer was awesome at helping me out on my first day while maintaining the momentum of the class. I didn't feel awkward on my first day. And the workout was amazing!
I love the whole science behind this. Rather than think or feel that you had a great workout, you now you have the proof, with data, after every performance!
I love the fact I don't have to think about what I need to do. The coaches efficiently and effectively guide everyone through the workouts and will go around and help you with your form so you don't injure yourself.
I also like that the fact that I only need to worry about getting into my orange zone and not be self conscious about the person next to me who is running way faster. If I'm orange, I'm good!
