Always feel like I am getting a really good workout for my time spent, (even when I don’t push myself) I still feel like I am getting so much more out of my workout than if I would be doing it by myself. I appreciate the variety of exercises, the format of the HIIT on the treadmill and the motivation by the coaches and others in class. I, also, really like the heart rate monitor part and the ability to see where I’m at and how my heart is doing, this helps me know if I should push myself harder or not and gives me a basis for seeing improvements as well.
BEST WORKOUT OF MY LIFE. The workouts are always different and high energy, keeping me engaged and wanting to go back everyday for more. I am prepping for my wedding this summer and have never felt stronger, thanks to OT!!
