I like that the hour goes by so fast. Doing a combination of cardio and weight training makes the hard workout fast. Sometimes I can't believe an hour has gone by already. The intense, interval training is fun and the workouts are always different. The trainers are awesome and really do give helpful tips and tricks for all levels.

The classes are very engaging with the instructors being like your personal trainer offering feedback and guidance on technique and form. However, they also don't hover over you which normally gives me some anxiety and it allows you to feel relaxed enough to focus on working up a hearty sweat! The facility is clean, extraordinarily well ventilated so it never gets too stuffy, and the lights are not too glaring so it helps you be less self conscious. The staff from front to back is always a delight, personable and professional making it common to hear genuine laughter in the lobby. The system at orange theory almost makes your work out like an arcade game with its display boards keeping track of heart rate, calories burned, and minutes in the "Orange Zone" where you want to keep your heart rate for 12-20 minutes of the 55 min work out. Trying to get a new personal best score with the points and calories burned helps encourage you to try harder and see progress even if you are moving up the amount of weight you are lifting at a slower pace. The demographic is mostly ladies with a few gents but everyone is just trying to get or stay fit. No muscle heads trying to impress the ladies or each other, no ladies trying to strut. Just a bunch of folks working out. It is the most expensive gym membership I have ever had, but the methods of working out I am learning and the atmosphere with the upbeat music, people, and cleanliness make this far more enjoyable and encouraging than 24, Golds, Meiko, or L.A. have been.

It goes by quickly and I feel like I got a good workout when I'm done. And I LOVE the staff...no prima donnas just people who are happy to see you and want to help you get a good workout.

While I hate to do workouts of any kind (LOL), OTF is a great way to get into total shape. I love the variety of workouts and the intensity.

I like the energetic class atmosphere, the workouts are always different, gyms is clean and simple, staff is friendly and helpful. But most of all I like the way I feel when I leave. Thank you for making me a better healthier person.

I love all the coaches. Even with a big class size, the coaches are able to pay individual attention to form. correct us and motivate us. I love the workouts and how good I feel after them.
