Love the energy and the studio! The coaches don't put anyone on the spot, yet are very attentive. I've been to the Mill Creek/Bothell, and I didn't like the space as much, and they put my friend who I recruited on the spot in front of the class and she was horrified! I have never witnessed that in all the classes in Redmond. Front desk is very service oriented and even fun! If you're going to torture yourself, this is the best possible place to do it!

I love the friendly and helpful instructors. The workouts are always manageable but challenging. The place is always clean and the equipment working well. Plenty of place to park and I can usually get the class I want unless I wait to the last minute for a high demand time slot.

The staff was super helpful upon arrival and explained everything really well! The trainer, Erica, was really energetic and made sure I was following alone okay. She really helped push myself even when I wanted to slow down!
