That the coaches are engaging and having motivation all over the room seeing everyone work together to get spot points and to have a change up on weights and running is a good workout for me. Keeps my heart beating throughout the whole workout!!
EVERYTHING - It is a great HIIT workout that can be modified for all fitness levels as well as various preexisting conditions or injuries. In just 60 minutes, I am consistently motivated to expand my cardio horizons, break out of my comfort zone & push my weight training abilities far more than I would solo but without the expense of personal 1-on-1 training.
