Love the staff there! Coaches are great, extra shoutouts to Coach Karen & Coach Erin! Great environment, supportive & encouraging. Always clean. Love the music & class sizes too! Just a perfect place to get your burn on!
I love the convenience of being able to book classes that fit my schedule and showing up for a full body workout that I know will be effective. The hour class flies by and I always burn between 500-600 calories.
I love that the classes are coached, so you have someone instructing you for the entire class.

And you split the hour class up between the treadmill, rower and free weights. You get an entire body work out and its actually really fun-hands down its best hour of my day!
In an hour you get to do weights, tread, and rowing. Very good mix to improve both cardio and body strength. Rowing especially adds that spice to the whole workout. Highly recommend for folks wanting to get tangible change in their overall fitness. This will push you.
Really, OT is a bit frustrating currently but it isn't worth giving the studio a bad report. 1 coach plays the music too loud and the type of music has a horrid tempo which makes AOs tricky. Another coach I cannot understand esp. when they get excited and their timing is off more often than not. So I go early AM. Erin is awesome! Its just early and sometimes I wish there were other options. Also, I like using the strider but its rarely available and I wish there was a better system to reserve it or a way to take turns on who gets it first or possibly give preference to people who bought and wear the armband! Also, if there is a waitlist I don't think a late cancel fee is very nice or fair.
Very organized. Coaches are knowledgeable and guide us all well. The best thing is I don’t have to think about what I need to do at the gym. There is someone to tell me what exercises to do. I feel the one one hour spent on OTF is my “me” time. 😊
I like that I didn’t have to think- time passed quickly with all the different stuff we were doing. Got some strength and ab work in as well as cardio. Left feeling like I had a good workout! Coaches and staff are friendly and encouraging. As well as the other potential new members. Good schedule for me and close to my home.
