The best thing of OTF workout is that I feel new energy and see amazing results with only few days workout . There are different kind of equipments like treadmills , rowing machines and weights to tone our body and energy through out the days .Especially, I like the motivation given by every coaches and the result of workout. In 60 minutes classes, I can experience of cardiovascular training and strength training as well. I also recommend to my friends to join the ORANGETHEORY fitness classes to become more healthier and energetic. Thank you š!

I like that the workouts make me stronger and help my cardiovascular health immensely. It raises my good cholesterol. My physical fitness level now is better than itās ever been and Iām in my mid sixties. I love the coaches and the play lists. The equipment, facility and front desk staff are terrific. Great members who support, motivate and celebrate one another. LOVE it!!!!
I like being able to show up and not have to think about what to do at the gym. It's already predecided and there's someone to push me to work hard and answer questions when needed. I just have to show up and do the work and I like seeing the feedback from the monitor and improvement over time.
