Isabel and Hernán are awesome, provide feedback during class and great energy. Also, willing to spend time after class answering questions.
John is very nice and knowledgeable upon check in.
Would like to have a warm up area before class. Difficult to warm up at home and drive 10 to 15 minutes to class and cool down.
Love the fact that I just have to show up, coach always has a great workout prepared. Never feel uncomfortable going alone, always leave feeling accomplished. Been there almost or close to a year now and I love it!!!
It’s a whole body workout. Using the treadmill, rowing machine, the different weights, workouts, body weight calisthenics, and the TRX. The coaches are extremely helpful and enthusiastic. Never have felt better.

I love the coaching and that it mixes cardio and strength. Love the variety each workout offers. I would love to see more opportunities for a 3:15 or 3:30 pm class during the school year as I am a teacher.
Awesome workout - challenging and varied - it keeps me accountable -it’s a good hard workout- I don’t have to think and the hour is over and I’m done! Great staff and coaches! Best gym I’ve ever belonged to !
Definitely felt the workouts were appropriate for weight loss/ muscle building. And the staff was so helpful and made us feel welcomed. Would do it every day if I could afford it!
I love OT workouts! Everything is so organized. It takes the guess work out of working out. I love how I just show up and everything is planned. The Coaches are great, the equipment is great. I love the music and the high energy vibe. It's an awesome 1 hr work out. I would definitely recommend OT :)
I like the guided workout so i dont have to think or plan, just follow along, but i am also able to adjust the weights and speeds to fit my levels or needs for that day. I like that I always, consistently get a good, rounded workout with both cardio and weight. I like that the need to schedule holds me accountable to myself to make sure I get the workout in and done. As middle school teacher and a ND and helping take care of my elderly dad, the workout (end of day time slot) helps my brain relax and decompress (8th grade is a LOT). My daughter has been known to tell me I need to "go workout" because my stress is showing. 😆
I've never been a person who loved going to the gym. I've always preferred to workout outside, in the fresh air, and run. Since I joined OTF I've come to find I would attend class every single day if life would allow it. I've never pushed myself harder, and I've never felt stronger.
