Kate (coach/trainer for my first workout) was the biggest difference for me. She put my mind and ease and made sure I knew everything I needed to know to be comfortable and prepared. I never felt pressured to push myself past where my body was capable for my first workout and wasn't guilted when I had to slow down cause it was my first time working out in years.
I love that it is full body, every class is different, challenging and overall fun. Most of all the results are real. Most of the class times I can make are with Kate, Emily and Colten. They are AMAZING! Love there energy and encouragement. I have had classes with other instructors also and they are truly great also.
I had an issue with an OTB 2x and they were great about fixing it.
If I had a wish list... Another bathroom and/or changing room would be great.
I love that I get a whole body workout in an hour, I can schedule it before my day starts and be done before my hectic days, it makes me feel accomplished, I love the coaches, I’ve been pleased with how much I can improve by going consistently!
Accountability and the constant changing of the workouts.
OTF has a great “team work” atmosphere that everyone is equally a part of in every session. I’ve previously coached fitness classes and know the importance team building is to keep the attendance and the motivation of clients.
