Fun motivating

I like that it keeps me engaged and challenges me.

The Orange Theory experience is uplifting and motivating. It's less intimate than a 1-on-1 session but the coach is always there for support and motivation if you need it. The heart rate monitor and splats ignite a sense of competition within yourself to always push yourself to get more splats than the last session. I would recommend this gym to anyone interested in bettering themselves in a friendly environment.

I feel a sense of community when I come to orange theory. Everyone is so helpful and motivating—it feels like a family. I love that everyone has differing abilities but yet we are happy to help one another! Very motivating
