I love the variety in the OT workout. Your personal trainers are great - kind, helpful, energetic. When you need assistance or further instructions, they're there.
People who come to workout at OT encourage each other but don't judge. Everybody works to their own level of ability. It's the best place I've ever joined as a member of a fitness facility. I look forward to my work out days!
I love that it is an hour and coach directed class. You never know what class you are getting until you are at the studio for class. I love that coaches will walk around and correct inproper form, and if they think you are taking it a little too easy on yourself.... show you how to challenge yourself a little bit more.
An ideal combination of running, rowing and weights/floor exercises adds up to a great workout, where you see how many calories you burn and definitely feel like you accomplished something when you leave.
