I like the mix of cardio and strength training. The trainers all take the time to point out how to do the right form for the exercises. One thing that would be helpful is to know what type of work out it is going to be ahead of time.
It's an amazing motivating workout. The trainers are amazing and helpful and will make sure you push yourself. I love it because working out by myself I don't really test my limits but ay OT I am pushed.
Every workout is different. Even after more than two years, I still feel challenged and never bored. The coaches are encouraging and supportive while pushing you to limits you didn't think possible. I talk all the time about what Orangetheory Fitness has helped me to accomplish!
I like that the classes are with a personal trainer but, the challenge is with yourself. You can be your own advocate and work out as hard as you want or not. The music is great and upbeat which encourages you do move more.
I love how each day the workout is different, accompanied by great music and wonderful, upbeat instructors. I always feel like I have gotten a good workout and am focused on what I am doing. The desk managers are personable, friendly, and always trying new incentives.
Challenging workouts and support from instructors and staff!! Completely different than any other gym I've been to. Different activities are offered other than your workout such as Bingo to push yourself more to commit to things , running gropus outside of the gym and chances to participate in accountability challenges !! The instructors are very willing to work with u on whatever goal u have
