I've been gojng to Pittsford since before it opened and it is one thing I've stuck with .

I ❤ OTF! I actually get a bit upset when I can't make a class!! OTF is so energizing; the coaches, your peers and the music keeps you going STRONG the entire way. Every class you push yourself more and more, because you can! No other workout compares to an OTF workout.
I love the fact that you change it up every time and it is never the same. It is always challenging. I like the display with our names and points - It makes me want to work harder. The staff and instructors are great. Finally the music is always fun.
I like scheduling my workouts. I love the heart rate monitor. The workouts are never the same. The weight training is something i would never do on my own. The workouts/coaches push you farther than you would on your own. The loud music is usually pretty good and motivates you.
I love the intensity and the positive energy that goes on during the workout. Every exercise or set can be modified for every person in the room depending on your fitness level and I think that having such a flexible setting is what makes it so welcoming to new people.
