lot of variety and always changes to workouts so never get stale. addition of strength and tread 50 throughout week has been a big addition - more weights if u want it, more miles if you want it.. meeting the needs and wants of the member.. staying current and up to date on new exercises, etc. only small bummer is there is always more employee (coach, SA) turnover then you want, but, i guess thats life in this business.
I enjoy the ability to show up and get a completely comprehensive workout, guided by incredible coaches and driven through a metrics based system that allows you to clearly track your progress over time. Best HIIT workout around!
I love it!! staff are very friendly, and helpful in everything and anything you need . They make me feel comfortable! Does not compare to any other gym at all...I highly recommend it!!!
First of all, it’s the people/ coaches who make workouts meaningful and easy to understand. The hour goes by quickly because I’m having fun knowing that all my muscle groups are getting a great workout. I relish the positive feedback while trying to achieve the goals I’m trying to accomplish. I was never an exercise person but I love OT! At first I joined for only 2 times a week but upped my membership for unlimited vists….that’s how much I enjoy working out at OT!
I love the atmosphere, the coaches everything!! It’s such a positive workout environment and fun! And you’re not working out one part of your body it’s everything!!!
So tough because I'm out of shape, but soooooo good! and the instructor, Claire, is amazing, The lady (working the front desk), that signed me up, was amazing too.
I love knowing that I’m going to get a great workout that I don’t have to plan or think about. The treadmills are great and I even like rowing. The benchmarks are a good way to see progress, something I can’t do on my own.
