Went to my 1st workout Friday 5am. Gina was great, and kept watch over the new folks. It's Sat 5:30 am as I write this, I can barely move! Thanks a lot Gina! Overall loved it. It sure beats going to planet fitness and walking on the treadmill. That is so boring!

Each time workout is different. The 3 different stations. I'm independent, but not. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Great, positive environment. I wouldn't change a thing.

I like everything . Really enjoy the interval type runs with circuit training combined with rowing. You can accomplish a lot in 60 mins! Great overalll workout !

I love the concept. It's the ONLY exercise and gym I've stuck with and it really works! Coaches give you a lot of attention and members are VERY supportive. Only takes an hour and it's different every day. I recommend to everyone I know.
