It challenges me in ways I wouldn't normally challenge myself. Feeds my competitive spirit and being able to see your heart rate levels live on a screen really pushes you to give it your all. The workouts are different each class so it never gets repetitive or boring. Keeps my body guessing. The trainers are always so energetic and motivating. Love it!
The workout at OTF Rock Hill is always motivating! The trainers have a way to connect with the class and push them to the next level in a way that isn't too "boot camp" style. It's refreshing and I love going to class!
Since I've joined Orange Theory, my fitness level has improved substantially. With continuously changing workouts, it's hard to get bored and "mail in" a workout. The instructor interaction is motivational and has helped me clean up my form. The high energy atmosphere helps keep my energy up even when I am whipped at the end of a workout.
