I enjoyed how organized the class was. The instructor ran everything so smoothly, and was so positive and energetic. The music was great, and kept pushing me to go harder. I liked that the room was darker lighting wise. It gave the workout a fun vibe. The staff was wonderful also.

I like the heart rate monitor aspect, as well as the coaches correcting incorrect form. I didn't realize I was rowing incorrectly, and the instructor's guidance made all the difference. I also enjoy the music
