I love the Orange Theory workout!!! It is a great combination of cardio and strength, it is different every day, the trainers are GREAT! I love being able to watch the screen to be sure that I am pushing myself. The app for registering for classes is easy to use and I like having different class times throughout the day. I would love to have classes go a bit later on Sat and Sunday-- have a hard time getting into classes on the weekend due to them filling up. I have been going to OT for almost 2 years-- I love it! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good flexible workout!

I need a scheduled appt. that helps a lot. Cross fit and boot camps are a little over the top. OTF is just right. No it's never the perfect work out but it's always a great workout.

(Ok, I'll actually try on one of these surveys for once.) I've been going to Rock Hill Orange for over two years now. I love the variety that these workouts provide. I go on average 4 times a week. The different workout areas allow me to lift weights, which is something I would never get myself to do otherwise. The fact that I have these workouts scheduled forces me to make time to do them. It also keeps me more disciplined in other areas of my life. Orange has helped me to keep my blood pressure under control. The instructors are excellent, especially Tim and Molly. They push me because they know that I want to be pushed, and on the days that I'm not at my best they recognize it and don't overdo it. I also like that there are people at these classes from all walks of life, and all different abilities. I think that fosters a more relaxed atmosphere, instead of one that is overly competitive. I also enjoy saying hi to the staff, and of course it's nice that they know my name!

I love that it keeps you on your toes. You never know what you're going to be doing each day so you can't talk yourself out of going. I also love that you are 100% in control of how much you push yourself. If you're having a rough day and want to take it easier, you can lower to a power walker but, with the heart rate monitor, you are always aware of if you should push harder. You truly are your biggest competition.

I like that I don't have to think out a workout routine, and I have trainers to assist with proper form. It's nice to be able to just show up, give my all, and know I will have a well-rounded workout.

I like everything really except I have a major hand injury and the instructors know this but every time we're in the weight part I have to go up and ask after they get everyone started about alternatives . I have to take time out to go chasing them down to ask . Kind of annoying but I like every other aspect . I also think if you're going to get charged for missing a class the class should be full

The best trainers that motivate and push the class. Especially Tim who seems to know everyone's normal speed on the treadmill, watts on the rower, and weight in the weight room so he knows when to individually push you. The workouts can be repetitive and unimaginative at times and the lobby and weight room are too small, but the trainers and the client community make up for these flaws.

It's an amazing mix of a high intensity aerobic and anaerobic workout. I have lost weight, gained muscle mass and easily doubled my endurance on the rower and treadmill. I travel a lot for work and I like that I can workout at one of your many U.S. locations.

I love the HIIT aspect of everything. This workout gives me everything I attempt to do on my own at the gym with the added bonus of having a trainer right there. Visual learning has always been my strong point, so the OT Beat screen works for me. I constantly catch myself looking up at the screen to monitor myself and make sure I'm working and pushing to the best of my ability to ensure I get the most out of my workouts. The group fitness aspect keeps me challenged as I have a competitive nature, so anytimeI feel like slacking or doubt that I can push through, I look around at all those surrounding me, working hard and it pushes me to keep going and push myself more! I always feel challenged and accomplished by the end of a workout. The trainers are one of my favorites too. The Rock Hill OTF is blessed to have such amazing trainers who start to know you and are a big reason on why I love coming back.
