Everything! I like that it's an individual workout in a group setting. I like the visual reminder of where my heartrate is and how much I'm burning. I like the loud upbeat music and the reminders from trainers on proper positions in the weight room. I like that it's fast paced and changing so that I'm never bored. It's fun, fast and most of all makes me feel great when I walk out those doors!
I like the randomness of it. Most work outs will consist of the cardio, rowing, and floor exercises, but these are always different in intensity and length. Keeps your body/mind from reaching plateaus and monotonous of the same workouts.
I love that every workout is different. The music and energy of the coaches is fantastic and keep me motivated to keep pushing through as well! I find it helpful to get the summary of my workout on my app too. It's fun to look back at my workouts and see my progress. GREAT workout, GREAT studio, GREAT staff...LOVE it! :)
My only frustration/concern/recommendation with OT the cancellation policy. I understand the need for a cancellation policy but I feel that as a member with unlimited visits each month there should/could be some perks, especially when there are times that I can't book classes due to the longer weight lists.
