Love the variety of the workouts and the friendly staff. I like that by the time I'm really mentally "done" with something it is time to move on to a new movement. I feel like I get a wide variety of exercise for my whole body. Tim is THE best handsdown but I really enjoy most of the trainers. I love the 90 minute options and wish there were more of them. A friend's OTF offers a 7:15 am 45 min class which I hadn't heard of but I like the idea of a quick one ending in time for work calls to start at 8:00. It would be great if you guys could repair the waterfountains that still dispense water but no longer cool the water. Room temp water is meh at best. Overall I'm loving it and sticking to attending which is the key for my long term success!
I love the structure of the workout, because you get to do a little bit of everything for the perfect amount of time. The workout is already made for me, so I don't have to worry about figuring out what to do. The instructor was great, he was encouraging and fun!! It was a little thing but he made the workout that much better!
Challenging, competing with self to improve, easy to get a great whole-body workout without having to plan it out myself, makes the treadmill tolerable by keeping it interesting with different intervals every day.
