As a teacher, I have to be “on” all day. It’s nice to show up to workout and not have to think. The entire hour workout is planned down to every second. And, of course, it’s always a good workout. What’s better than a finished workout?
Orange theory has changed my outlook on group classes. I really enjoy the full body dynamic workouts. Some of the coaches are really inspiring as they encourage you to push yourself to new levels.
I honestly signed up because of Miriam! I love her energy. I love how the class is split up so you get a little bit of everything. I’m excited to keep coming and conquer my goals and to see how different my body looks.
I get the motivation I need by watching my heart rate and zones change throughout the class. The classes each have different goals (strength, endurance) so I know it won’t be the same class every time I go. I enjoy the change up.
Orange theory workouts here are very fun and engaging. Time just flies by! Whenever I worked out on my own before orange theory fitness it was so hard to stay motivated and every minute felt like an hour, I would always be glancing at the time trying to make myself stay even 30 minutes. I truly hated working out before coming here.
I don’t just like it, I love it. Each workout has different elements. It could be endurance, strength or power or a combination on any given day. At 75 I’m in the best physical and mental shape I’ve ever been in. It is all thanks to the dedicated coaches and staff at OTF Rockaway. During the workout I am encouraged and supported. After class I feel that I have accomplished something.
I love all OTF classes. They made me fall back in love with running this past year. The coaches are amazing and really want you to be and do your best. I cannot thank OTF Rockaway enough for helping me be the best version of myself in all aspects of health.
Miriam is an enthusiastic, professional and a positive trainer/coach. The energy she brings to class is contagious (in the best way). I recently re-joined OTF and Miriam was the primary reason. Although I re-joined in Roxbury, I will definitely choose classes when Miriam is the trainer/coach.
Workouts are fun, the energy and environment is very uplifting and motivating, and the coaches are all very helpful. I was getting bored of the traditional “gym” workout, so orange theory is just what I needed.
It’s always just what I needed. The coaches really make the work out. I go between three different studios and nothing feels quite like home because of the Rockaway coaches.
I like the overall full body workout and Coach Kata who pays close attention to make sure I am completing the exercises properly. Coach Kata is super motivating, with her upbeat, energetic personality!
