I like the fast pace of the workout. I like that the workouts are similar in what they include but at the same time extremely different in how they test and increase your strength, power and endurance.

Everything. The workouts are hard and challenging but so enjoyable. The staff is amazing, friendly and encouraging. Each and every time you walk in you are greeted with smiles. Results! You will see legitimate results and fast. There is no better place or workout. Orange theory rvc is the best there is :)

Love the treadmill everyday!! Rowing awesome!! Weight training especially good too! Very well rounded workout! Just a note, I was berated by a member for going on her rowing machine, apparently you are sposed to stay on the machine you start with. Maybe tell new members this it was a it akward!!
