I like that the trainers push you to help you achieve your goal. Also, the trainers are there to help you if you are doing the exercise wrong and to answer any questions you have regarding your workout.
I love the trainers. I worked out in one of the city studios and the trainer wasnt as motivating as they are at RVC. Its always a great workout and if I have a question, I never feel intimidated to ask. Everyone is so approachable and genuinely wants to help you get the best workout and get in the best shape possible.
Love the varied workout routines and music depending on instructor...i like that you never know what you are in for. Love the total body workout in one hour and the heart rate training...i know when to push and can track progress. I have an ankle injury and i can modify the workout from powerwalker to jogger depending on the day and how i feel but at least i can do some type of exercise. The scheduling was not convenient at first but has gotten better now that jan and feb are over.

The workout is designed in a way that everyday is different, I've been at orange theory for a year and a half and have never walked into a class feeling like "I've already done this". It pushes me in a way that an ordinary gym never could, at a regular gym I was always struggling to figure out what I'm going to do or where I'm going to start I never saw the results I wanted, with OTF it's all there set up for you to show up and get straight to work! Plus there's always options if it starts to feel easier to push yourself harder, but truly it doesn't ever get "easier".... I love that the workout is all there for you with amazing trainers who's have your back are pushing you/correcting your movements so you get the most effective healthy workout possible! I have and will continue to recommend OTF to everyone and anyone !
Orange theory is the best and most economical way I have found to achieve my fitness goals. The classes are great. The instructors are instructive and motivating and the music get you moving. Awesome way to start your day!
I love that each class is different. I've never had the same workout twice! The trainers are all so nice and helpful. No one makes you feel self concious if you need help with a movement. They encourage everyone to do their best!
