The workout at Orangetheory is amazing because it is always changing. It's keeps me challenged. I love that you have been adding in different ways to change it up and introducing new moves in the weight room. I have been a member for almost 3 years and I'm never bored and the time goes by really quickly. I always recommend this workout to anyone who wants the best HIIT around.
What I don't like is:
Cancellation is too long. A lot can happen in 6 hours especially if you are a mom.
Getting into classes is crazy. If I wait until 2:10 on Monday I am shut out of all the classes I need. I am literally leaving work meetings at 1:59 to make sure I get in. There has to be a better way
This workout is very motivating and makes you do the work. The instructor is very knowledgeable and motivating to everyone. I had a great experience. Before I was married I did boot camps and I had a personal trainer. This is just as good if not better and more affordable!
Everyday at OTF brings a new, challenging and fun workout through which the coaches offer excellent motivation. They are also knowledgeable if you need help and the staff at the front desk always greets you with a smile. It's an overall great environment and you feel accomplished after the class!
They are always different and always very challenging. After 3 years, I have never been bored with the workout because it is never repetitive. This is the first workout regimen I am able to consistently perform for 3 years and counting. I am totally committed to OTF. If I move, it has to be an area where there is an OTF I can attend.
High energy workouts keep me motivated and coming back.
Trainers (Nancy, Kevin) are consistently on their game. Real pros and I appreciate them.
Long-term equipment outages ( e.g. numerous "power walker only" treadmills) are unacceptable. Please stay ahead of this in the future.
