Love the workout. One area I would like adjusted is the amount of time spent explaining the weight area moves. We kill at least 5 min of class standing and listening.
Would also love more workouts that had more Rowing built into the rotation.
I love the trainers. They correct my form and genuinely care about the class and our individual progress. I love how it isn't rendundant I'm never bored and I always feel accomplished. I've already seen results and I can't understand why I haven't found ot earlier!
