I love having somebody tell me what to do so I don’t have to think…. Much. I also love the camaraderie the coaches have with the members, it creates an environment, where everybody cares for one another, whether they know your name or not, it’s a beautiful thing and I appreciate starting my morning there with my people!
I love coach Kate and all the other coaches are very personable as well. The space doesn’t feel as chaotic as other Orangetheory studios. It’s nice coming to a place where the staff takes the time to remember who you are.
I love OTF - it is the one routine I have successfully stuck with for over 6 years now. The coaches are great and we have built a community where everyone supports each other no matter what level of fitness you are at. So much fun!
It’s complete, varies daily, and really pushes me. The instructors are well-trained, and the exercises are clearly designed by experts. The culture is warm and welcoming.
The trainer I had was amazing! Such great energy. Her and the nice woman that helped me fill out the forms were very kind and made me feel relaxed.

I love the variety of exercises that target all areas I read about that are important: strength, core, balance, and endurance.The color-coded level of exertion is psychologically brilliant in pushing one’s own inner drive to keep in going. The coaches are well-trained. The are cheerleaders as they push two groups (treadmill and rower/floor) simultaneously through their rigorous workouts. The choreography is well planned, so one group is working on their own through a block of time, while the coach instructs the other half—back and forth, till the groups switch midway. I had been looking for years for a place to work out-where I really wanted to go to—and I found a home at Orange Theory. I am in the best shape I’ve been in since playing college sports.
I like that the class setting holds me accountable and motivates me to push myself. It's great that the class is different every time; from the workouts to the coaches to the music...variety really keeps it form getting boring! On weeks where I am suffering from chronic back pain I can be the judge of how hard I go and the coaches are always helpful with form and modifications. No matter what I am always glad I went and leave feeling like a got a great full body workout. The results in my body and my mental well being are noticeable for sure.
