The instructor was very accommodating to my recovery from an injury. She gave me alternatives to all exercises that would aggravate the injury, including use of a strider or bike instead of treadmill. Well done!
Mostly I love the way I feel after. It's challenging and exciting and constantly motivating me to push myself. The coaches are always amazing and helpful. All in all it is an extremely positive and welcoming environment from the moment I walk in the door, everyone I've met that works there has been really great! I can't imagine ever wanting to stop working out with Orange Theory. I only wish I could go more; I am indeed addicted. :)
The variations in types of workouts as well as the fact I'm "forced" to do things (ex: row machine) that I would not do on my own. Being in a group setting is also motivating and I like the splat point stats
I love the variety of the workouts and the fact that you don't know what you will be doing each day. I also like using technology to automatically document what I have done. I would like to see more integration with other apps though or at least the ability to see my data online and export it to other applications.
