I like that the workout portion is consistent from trainer to trainer (although the post workout stretching is not - some just talk about announcements and some lead the group in specific stretches). I also like that the people at the front desk are friendly and try to know members names. It's clean and the workouts always start / stop on time.
Variety, camaraderie, the coaches, the enthusiasm (particularly Darren at my Roseville location. Everyone loves the job he's done and is doing) but everyone from front desk to coaches is awesome. I actually look forward to the gym! 👍🏻
I love that you can count on the most amazing whole body & heart workout that kicks your butt as hard as you want it to and with multiple class time options per day! OTF is literally the best workout you can get in an hour!! The wonderful trainers at OTF Roseville not only guide you through it all, they're like personal trainers pushing you and making sure you're doing it right. The trainers also have some excellent rockin' music playlists to make it fun while kicking your butt :-). I love how OTF always includes cardio, weights and core work each time. OTF is excellent at hitting every muscle! I also love how each day has a new program to add variety and ensures all muscles, including the heart, continue to develop. OTF is for those who care most about getting the absolute best work out they can get in an hour!! I seriously love OTF and don't know what I'd do without it!!!!
I loved that the workout pushed me, but I was still in the zone. When I thought I was "dying", I looked up to see that I wasn't. I also love how Jennifer was encouraging, yet pushed me to work hard. I was hooked immediately. On my second workout, Champ was the coach. He was organized, and no joke. I love the size of the classes. Both instructors corrected my form when I was performing a strength move or rowing incorrectly. They also both answered questions if I needed clarification or help.
