Coach Lee. He enthusiastic regardless of hour, day of the week. He is always there prior to class and ensures studio is ready for class.

Place is clean and set up prior to each class
Equipment is always ready and in good working order
Receptionist staff always willing to assist and friendly - especially early morning class at 5am, (Angela and on some days Carrin)
I have been doing this for almost three years and have yet to be bored. Every workout is unique. I can go at my own pace and never feel intimidated or judged by anyone. The only person I ever compete with is myself. This has been the first step to changing my life for the better. Thanks OTF!
I like having a specific appointment time & that it is an hour long. It's important for me to monitor my heart rate because it stays pretty high, & I need to know when I can push myself a little harder.
Darcy is an awesome instructor! She is motivating fun and brings a great energy to every workout. In general the instructors at your Roswell Georgia location are fantastic. The music is good too :-)
She has the technical knowledge and skill of each exercise and somehow finds the time to make sure everyone is doing it correctly as well as getting the best out of everyone every time
All the coaches, the music, the location. Like that's it's cardio and weights, high intensity interval training. And I like the visual feedback with the heart rate monitor although mine does not always work which is a negative.
That the pace is self-driven by your own heart rate (your specific age, body height and weight, etc.). That your heart rate and calories burned are easily visible throughout the workout. You can glance up at the screen and see that Yep, you're giving it everything - so when the instructor or when others are stepping it up, you know whether or not you really need to do that yourself. There's nothing worse than being in a class in which you feel like you're giving it everything and then being told to speed up, take it up a couple of notches, and you really don't want to have a heart attack right there in front of everyone ! Lol.
I like that I don't have to plan my workout, and I like that I don't know what I'll be working on that day (so I won't have time to back out if it's a tough one). What I really love about Orange Theory are the results!
