Most of your trainers are great! Super positive and not intimidating but push you to keep going
Quick time blocks
One negative is you guys need to start making sure the people who get there 15-20 minutes early get to choose equipment they want to begin on. People walking to the front of the line and cutting people off is completely unacceptable and you guys, particularly, have dropped the ball on this. Most other studios either give out tread cards or allow them to sign up. You guys need to figure this out. This is a very big fail you guys can fix.
Workouts are great but 2 pieces of feedback:
I wish we were given numbers upon check in so that if we make the effort to get to the studio early we don't get bumped in line by someone cutting the line. I know other studios do this and I was told the Roswell location used to do this also.
There's an instructor who could spend less time with direction and talking. It's hard to get in the zone with workouts when the music is turned low constantly for the talking. Lee does an awesome job with this balance - he will offer encourangent and instruction but will not over communicate and thus we can hear and get into the music and rhythm.
THE BEST COACHES WORLDWIDE!! Period. I've done OTF all over the country (and even in other parts of GA) and OTF Roswell is lucky enough to have the best coaches past and present. As long as Darcy and Lee are there, I'll never leave.
