I like that it's motivating because of the great coaches, group setting, and constant visual of our heart rate and splat points but that you can also tailor it to your own personal needs. I'm in the best shape of my life now from OTF
I have exercised more often and challenged myself more in the last 20 months than I ever did with any of my previous gym memberships. I am encouraged and uplifted by my workout crew, the front desk staff, and the amazing coaches. It's like walking into Cheers---everyone knows my name! The coaches--these guys are heaven sent!-- seem to be able to sense what kind of encouragement I need every time, whether its an additional weight on the ab dolly, a high five when I come off the rower, or the subtle reminder that my body will do what my mind tells it. I know that the person next to me is working through their own challenges and even if they are different than my own, we will cheer each other on and celebrate all the victories--including showing up! I'm stronger because of OTF. I know that the challenge of upping my game is doable because of the support of the community that I call home. Meeting physical challenges makes everyday life easier to navigate. 21 months ago, I told a former student and a dear friend that I just wasn't as hard core as she is....now I don't just power walk on the treadmill next to her, I push past my personal best to be better. I won't ever turn back---ORANGE is my color.
No class is exactly the same as one you've done before...coaches are motivating but never critical...everyone is encouraged to do their best - not compete against each other. Easy to schedule, friendly staff.
Coaches are always well prepared and the workouts are never dull or routine. Everyone is self motivated to do their best and the class energy is high. Great way to get both Aerobic and Anaerobic exercises in a 55 minutes time frame.
