Orange Theory has the absolute best coaches in the industry. They are motivating, engaged, and care on a personal level. They get to know you and what you are capable of and they help push you through plateaus in order to become better, faster, and stronger. Other members become family and you have a constant support system in and out of the studio. I also like the constant variety of the workouts. The principals remain the same, but the physical challenges are always different. I've worked out for most of my adult like and never had total body conditioning like I have achieved from working out at OTF. Seasonal and other special challenges keep things interesting.
I love the variety within the workout (running, rowing, and weights) and between the workouts. I also love having the data feedback given in real time - you see the workout in a whole new light. But beyond that it's the family atmosphere and the fricking awesome trainers and staff like Ryan, Aaron, and Tyson.
I like the feedback that we are given immediately with the heart rate monitors. You put in exactly what you want to get out of the workout. It is great for the novice, the ex-athlete, the athlete, and just someone who wants to stay in shape. I like that there is a new workout every time. I never get bored.
