It's day #2 and I'm not bored yet. I get so sick of repetition and hate cardio. OTF so far, from what I've seen, is a mixture of strength/weight training and cardio. The cardio I can (barely) get through but more importantly, it pushes me because I won't push myself at the gym. I have tried 2 locations (one near work and one near home) and the people are great! I feel comfortable to go alon which is a big deal for me.
My experience at this location surpassed the one in Palm Beach Gardens. People were friendly and the trainer was very personable. I always forget to push myself on the treadmill, but now I know for next time. I would definitely give this location a go again. I wish the drop in rates were lower.
It's a full body workout that requires a little thought because you are fully directed for the whole 55 minutes so after a long days work you don't have to think about what you want to work out all the thinking is done for you :-)
