Coaches are engaging and do their best to provide personal attention on a class of 20+ people which is appreciated. Workouts can be tough and vary week to week which is good for seeing real results
The most effective workout I feel I could have under an hour. I like that it covers my cardio/aerobics and strength portions and tackles the full body every class. I like that it's guided and that there can be personal attention to motivate and fix form compared to larger gym class settings.
I am actively going through chemotherapy. I have done 3 classes and have felt really great afterwards. I appreciate the OTF coaches who have taken the time to help me when they see I am struggling. Fran and Matt “ROCK”. Love both of them. I am hoping that once I have completed my chemo I will be able to start seeing some great results. I love this class concept and that I am accountable to be there on time.
Love the coaches and front house staff. Everyone is kind and welcoming; super supportive vibe.
Head coach Fran has made me so comfortable every step of the way.
As for the workouts; they are great and I love that I can modify based on where I am right now and still get an awesome workout.
