I love that I can go to the gym not having to worry about making my own program and that the coaches are motivating and pushes you right when you want to give up and that ever weight floor workout has other options for if you can't do a certain type.
Loved the newcomer attention and helping me when my heart rate monitor wasn’t working for the first 20 minutes of class. I loved the variety of the class with weights and cardio.
I love that it's a full body workout no matter the template. I love knowing I will see actual results in a short period of time and feel like I'm doing it all for nothing. The coaches I've worked with: Christie, Meg, Nafisa, and Whitney are always positive, encouraging and helpful.
Also the equipment wipes smell really good.
Love having an instructor who was paying enough attention to correct my form. Meg managed the whole room and made sure we were all on track. The workout was fun and engaging and flew by!
I was so intimidated walking in but was instantly put at ease by Jamie at the front desk and Meg the trainer. Both of them were awesome!
