The results! Although I feel like there could be more exercises targeting and and arms.
The time goes by quickly and I feel great afterwards! The practice of frequent workouts helps my overall energy levels to be high.

I do think the heart rate calibrations get a little wonky.
I love that my heart rate is rising and getting me into shape. The coaches are great with suggestions. I love the time frame because that is about all I am willing to work out, about 45-50 minutes. I need someone to tell me what to do or I won't do it.
I love that I am encouraged and motivated to keep working out and to push myself more at Orangetheory. If I was working out on my own, I would never achieve what I do at orange theory. Caleb, in particular, is such a fantastic coach! He's the director of coaches at the Orangetheory on Fair Oaks Blvd at Howe and he is by far the best coach. I recommend Orangetheory to all my friends!
